DESCRIPTION

Setting

Description

Property contains newly painted historic twin house (#201 on left-north, #199 on right-south)with an extended rear creating an irregular asphalt- shingled, end gabled-roof. House is a 4-bay, two-story, stucco-clad house with a full-length front porch. Windows are replacements with simulated divided lights. Fenestration on west (main) façade has 4 sash windows on 2nd floor but window #3 is sealed. On 1st level openings aligned with openings above. Doors are centered. Opposite doors are masonry steps to grade. Shed roofed front porch has simple wood posts, railing and balustrade. Left or north façade has centered windows at 1st and 2nd levels, plus additional single windows on both levels at east half.
