The house is the western Bungalow in the current row of four on the north
side of Birch Avenue. Key features of the house include its asymmetrical

The end-gabled roof is clad with asphalt shingles; it has a longer south
slope. A small brick chimney is centered on the ridge, located over a
shed dormer with two replacement 1x1 double hung sash windows. The walls
of the house are frame, clad with vinyl. Windows are replacement 1x1
units. The incised front porch has four thin square columns connected by
a simple railing. The door is located near the southwest corner, with a
paired 1x1 window to the east. The house has a concrete foundation. |
