Description |
The building on the property is a Bungalow facing north. Key feature of
the 1.5-story, 2-bay building include its dormer and front porch. The
hipped roof is clad with asphalt shingles and features a square brick
chimney on the ridge. A dormer on the north slope is a hipped roof
element with aluminum walls and a 2x2 window (appears historic if not
original). The house has wood eaves. The house's frame walls are clad
with aluminum siding. Fenestration consists of replacement double hung
sash units. On the main elevation, the first floor has a wide window and
a replacement door The front porch occupies most of the elevation; it has
a nearly flat roof with an entablature clad with aluminum siding. Four
square columns support the eaves of the porch and are connected by a thin
railing with turned balusters. A set of concrete steps leads down from
the door to the grade of the front lawn. The side walls feature two
windows on the first floor. The house has a concrete foundation with
horizontal basement windows. |
