DESCRIPTION

Setting

Description

Lot contains a frame, 2-story, vinyl-sided 3-bay residence with asphalted shingled, front end-gabled roof. Key feature is 1st floor octagonal bay. Main façade, facing north, has three symmetrically spaced windows (all windows on house are 1x1 sash replacements) with 3rd opening smaller than others. First level exhibits large, 3-sided octagonal bay on east half under full-length, hipped roof porch, which is angled over east bay panel. Entrance near NW corner and aligned with window above. Small porch (bay takes up most space) has concrete steps opposite door leading to grade. East (left) elevation has 3 single window openings aligned on each floor. West façade has just one opening at 2nd level near SW corner.
