Description

The property contains a 2.5-story, 2-bay vernacular house that faces south. Its key features are its shed-roofed dormer and front porch.

The two-and-a-half-story, two-bay building has a side-gabled cat-slide roof clad in asphalt shingles. The roof of the south (front) elevation of the house features a centered, shed-roof dormer with one, double, one- over-one, double-hung sash window. The house’s walls are clad in aluminum siding. The house’s doors are replacements. The first floor of the south elevation features a recessed, full-length, wood porch with a wrapped pent eave and an off-set front door. The porch is accessed by an off-set, wood staircase with a double, wood balustrade. It features four wood posts that hold up the front of the second floor. The porch is surrounded by a wood balustrade. The front door is flanked by one window to its west. The window is a double, one-over- one, double-hung sash window. On the second floor, there are two, double, one-over-one, double-hung sash windows more or less evenly spaced across the second floor.

The east elevation features on its first floor a small, one-story, two- bay, shed-roof bump-out clad in aluminum siding and located at the north end of this elevation. The bump-out has one double window at its south end. The second floor features two windows centered over the bump-out. The first window is a single window and the second window is a small single window.

The west elevation features on its first floor one small single window towards the back of this elevation. On its second floor, it features one, single, off-set window.

The house’s foundation is clad in stucco.
