This property contains a small, 2-story, frame, vinyl-clad house with an
end gabled, asphalt-shingled roof. The main feature is its partially
incised porch with pent type roof. Main (north) façade features 2 paired
sash window units (all windows are replacements on house)with faux
shutters and thick surrounds. First floor openings are recessed. They
feature a paired unit near NE corner aligned with unit above, and door
near NW corner. Door appears to be replacement. Porch pent roof returns
on both ends and is supported by 4 square posts with simple railing and
balustrade. Posts rest on masonry piers with lattice in between. Wooden
steps with railing opposite door lead to grade.
