Description |
The rectangular two story vinyl clad three bay residence has its main gable
facing the street. The three one over one replacement windows are aligned
with the openings below, including the front door on the right side. The
full width flat roof front porch has four replacement wood posts forming
equal bays. There is a simple wood picket railing between posts and at the
wood stair to the porch. The east four bay elevation has typical windows
aligned between floors and equally spaced except for a slightly greater
space between the first and second stacks from the front corner. There is a
small chimney centered on the ridge about a third of the way back from the
front. |

History |
The house was constructed c. 1910. The Sanborn atlas of 1906 shows a vacant
lot in this location. The house first appears on the Sanborn of 1911 and
also appears on all later maps and atlases. |
