Description |
This property contains a small late Victorian house and garage. The house
is a frame, 2-story house with a front-end gabled, asphalt-shingled roof.
Of not are its eaves, which are wood. Clad in vinyl siding, the house is
oriented sout oriented south towards the street. On its narrow, 3-bay
main (south)elevation, there is a single 1x1 replacement window (all
widows on house are replacements)centered at the 2nd level. The first
floor consists of a main entrance near the southwest corner and two large
windows. Across the front is a full-length porch with a shed roof and
supported by 4 turned wooden posts. The railing includes a simple square
balustrade. The wooden porch is supported by masonry piers; steps to
grade are opposite the door. The foundation is cement. The east wall
contains three windows on the 2nd level and two paired units on the
first. There do not appear to be windows on the west façade. The garage
is a 2-car, frame building with a front end gabled roof, vertical wood
cladding under the gable, and sliding wooden walls. It is located at the
northeast corner of the lot. |
