Description

The original house here looked similar to the adjacent one at 3-5 Lytle Street. The current house is a 3-story, "Second Empire" house in a very eclectic form. It has a projecting bay on the 2nd floor which extends over a 1-car garage. It is a noncontributing resource.

History

The original house that stood here was constructed c. 1880. The house was recently demolished and at the time of the 2015 survey, this Second Empire style house was being completed.
