Description

This property contains a 2-story, 2-bay stuccoed residence with its gable end facing the street. The roof is clad with asphalt shingles and features a minimal molded cornice and rake on the main elevation in addition to a small brick chimney centered on the ridge. The walls are stuccoed. Fenestration consists of replacement 1x1 double hung sash windows, arranged mostly symmetrically. On the main (east) elevation, two second floor windows with lip lintels face over a full width enclosed shed roof porch with the stair and entry door on the right. The south (left side) elevation has two windows at each level, separated by wide spacing. The stucco-clad foundation features two horizontal basement windows. A small shed addition at the rear is a 1- story section with the same materials and window type as the core.
