Description |
This property contains a 2-story, 2-bay stuccoed residence with its gable
end facing the street. The roof is clad with asphalt shingles and
features a minimal molded cornice and rake on the main elevation in
addition to a small brick chimney centered on the ridge. The walls are
stuccoed. Fenestration consists of replacement 1x1 double hung sash
windows, arranged mostly symmetrically. On the main (east) elevation, two
second floor windows with lip lintels face over a full width enclosed
shed roof porch with the stair and entry door on the right. The south
(left side) elevation has two windows at each level, separated by wide
spacing. The stucco-clad foundation features two horizontal basement
windows. A small shed addition at the rear is a 1- story section with the
same materials and window type as the core. |
